New Forest Earth works with Taller Lenateros, a Mayan Art Collective, and three other indigenous cooperatives to create products that are sustainable while respecting and promoting indigenous cultures.
We work with cooperatives in Mexico and Ecuador to create sources of income that can sustain the community without sacrificing the environment. Each community produces handmade products that we bring to the United States. The funds we raise are used to grow the communities' business and contribute to projects of their choice, ranging from Mayan cultural empowerment to Amazon tree plantings and nurseries.
